We may link this information to your account for fraud detection/prevention purposes or to provide you with better services.
  • Cookies and Webserver Logs. Similar to many commercial websites and software applications, we utilize "cookies" and other technologies to collect non-directly-identifiable information from our Website and/or Services. "Cookies" are a feature of web browser software that allows web servers to recognize the computer or mobile device used to access a website. If we combine or associate information from other sources with PI that we collect through the Website and/or Services, we will treat the combined information as PI in accordance with this Policy.

  • Business Transfers. If Winnow is involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or bankruptcy, our customers’ information may be disclosed and otherwise transferred to an acquirer, or successor or assignee. Should such operation occur, we will use reasonable efforts to direct the acquirer to use the PI you have provided to us in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy. Following such operation, you may contact the entity to which we transferred your PI with any inquiries concerning the processing of that information.
  • Other Disclosures. We may also disclose your information with companies, organizations, or individuals outside of Winnow when we have your consent to do so.

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to request access to and receive information about the PI we maintain about you, update and correct inaccuracies in your PI, and have the information blocked or deleted, as appropriate. If you receive promotional email from us, you may unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions contained within the email. Even after you opt-out of receiving promotional messages from us, you will continue to receive administrative messages from us regarding the Services.

If you wish to opt-out of having cookies set on your browser (as described above), the only way to ensure that this happens is to manage the settings on your web browser to delete all cookies and disallow further acceptance of cookies.
